On 11-13 November 2009, the Anglican Network in Canada held its second synod and conference. The venue was in St Catharines, Ontario at Bethany Community Church. The event culminated in the consecration of three new bishops, Stephen Leung, Charlie Masters and Trevor Walters on Friday, November 13.
